200Q wheels?

Stock size is 15x6 ET45. Going to 16 or 17" with the same width and offset
won't be an issue at all.

There are two things to worry about:

-front control arm clearance- with wider wheels, you may experience
interference with the front control arm and the tire- I had this issue
fitting 16x7 ET45 A6 wheels with 215/55R16 tires. I would most likely not
have had that issue if I had 205 width tires, but that isn't always the
case- depends on the tire, it's very close- I used a 5mm spacer to fix the
issue.

-the second issue is rear wheelwell clearance- without flaring the fenders,
it's very hard to put anything much wider than stock in the rear wheelwells.

A4 and A6 wheels in 16x7 or 15x7 are no issue- once you go to a 7.5" or 8"
wide wheel, all bets are off. Same if you deviate a lot from stock offset.
