Coolant fan stays running, help.

Having a issue with my sons 90 200TQ where the coolant fan runs continuously
on 2nd speed. Ignition off, still runs...

So, I started pulling relays to see which one would turn it off. Pulled all
of the fan relays under the hood, after run relay, radiator thermo switch,
hi=pressure AC switch. Lo and behold, it's still running with ALL of them
disconnected? Have temporarily disconnected the fusible link on the neg
side, but need to get this fixed....

Thoughts?
