Removing 4kq radiator fan blade from motor

I thought that I'd swap the 5-blade fan from a newer motor for the 3-blade one in the 4kq.

I removed the circlip and the washer from the end of the motor shaft, but the blade does not want to budge.  No doubt there's petrified dirt, plant, and bug matter gluing the plastic fan to the shaft.  Used some PB Blaster and some moderate banging, but nothing nuclear.

Suggestions?  Am I going to have to use a press to remove the blade?
