MAC-14 Diagnostics

I have not managed to get the diags working properly. Know how to with MAC-11, but some
changes in MAC-14.  I think I just need to revisit my wiring.

The problem I'm having, I mentioned the other night.  The engine just kind of craps out
above 5K.  It does this irregardless of load (MAP).

FYI my MAC-11 running ignition only doesn't "freak out" at all, even with 
the wiring for the CIS components deleted. When checking codes it always 
read 4444 unless there was an actual issue withing the stuff that was left.

This doesn't answer any of your questions, but usefull anyways so you know 
that all codes flashed should be legit issues.
