Window Molding

Ok - there has got to be an easier way to get this stuff installed.

 

It's the 4000 rally quat - I've been looking to make it water tight -
hate having to bail the car after a rainy race day ;)

 

Noticed none of the molding were installed in the front or rear
windshield. Found a donor that had both.

 

I'm trying to work it in, using silicone spray and screwdrivers - but
this doesn't seem like the right way to go. (starting at the bottom of
course).

 

Anyone done this before ?
