'95 A6 Question

My dad has the same exact car and no the seats don't fold - you get a ski
sock for your long stuff. Another car that does have a folding seat is the
A4 in some model years. My '05 didn't, but my '98 does.

I'm taking a look at a '95 A6 tomorrow.  Can anybody tell me if this  car
has 
a fold-down rear seat?  I sometimes need to carry long items due to  
business, and the car would work a lot better for me if I could use more
than  just 
the trunk for carrying things.
