Gathering of the Rings 2

I want to gather a list of people interested and motivated to attend a
Gathering of the rings la deuxieme fois (the second time). Here's last years

time of year would be similar to last year (Last week of Sept or 1st week of
Oct. .....ish?!?!) But that is up for Debate!

I may also incorporate a dirt track into the festivities. TBD

$$ will be according to participation (if held). Last year was an absolute
blast!!!!! (but I went over 500.00 in the hole). So this year, money will be
collected plenty of time beforehand and if you do not show, well too bad for
you . :P

15-20 cars .............................$35/car&driver 10 ea additional
person
21-30+ cars ..............................$30/car&driver 10 ea additional
person

Late registrations $40/car&driver and 10 per additional person

I will not be holding the event with fewer than 15 cars

Hospitality and offerings will mirror last year
suggestions and donations of any kind are welcome (donations in terms of
equipment/food/assistance/prizes)
