Water coming out of bottom of expansion tank

Hi All
I replaced the tank with a new one and now my antifreez is staying in the 
cooling system. Thanks for all of the help.

I sent form the wrong address: Coolant also has corrosion inhibitors 
that your engine really likes.

Why are you running plain water?  The system isn't made for it.
