IIRC, there's a metal restriction piece inside one of the hoses. If
you have after market hoses made using the original metal ends, but
if you/they miss putting that restriction piece into the new hose,
you get noise.

Spokane's House of Hose has done lots of Audi hoses, and knows how to
do them (provided the hose you supply them has the restriction piece).
