Go there:  plug in your stock size and the proposed sizes, and look at the over all 
diameter.
Then decide what is that you want, a shorter tire will give you a lower effective 
gear ratio, making the car slightly quicker and burn more fuel, the opposite is 
true for a taller tire.  If handeling is what you want, go w/ the wider one, there 
will also be a slight increase in fuel usage.   I chose 205/50/15 summer and 
195/55/15 winters, back when i had my 90q20v
