No blinkers on 4kq

Hi guys,

 

The car is an 86 4kq. Problem was with the blinker component that makes the
light blink. On cold days until the car warmed up it would blink REALLY
fast. Then as the car got warmer, it would blink at normal speed. Now the
problem got worse in that on colder days the blinker lights just stay on and
sometimes after the car has been in the sun and warmed up a lot, it will
blink fast.

 

What part do I need to change?

Where is it?

Where do I get one?
