No blinkers on 4kq

I would check the bulbs/sockets first.  Check for bad connection or
grounds and oxidation of the bulb sockets.  Do you have EL-Cheapo Chinese
pseudo brass base bulbs in the car?  These Chinese bulbs are JUNK, if you
have them, try replacing the bulbs with some chrome base German or better
bulbs and see if the problem goes away.  I had a similar problem with my
Mercyless Benz wagon, it was doing even stranger things than yours was,
cleaned up a rear light socket and replaced cheap bulb with an Osram and
all was good.
