No blinkers on 4kq

First, as was already said, check your bulbs and sockets (and clean 
switch contacts...).

If they are all good, it might be the flasher, which on your car should 
be under the inst. cluster cover, held in a metal spring bracket thing.

I think flashers are relatively generic, yours is in a relay-style 
housing with three pins.  So try your FLAPS, or any friend who has had 
lots of parts cars.
