How do you figure it has higher flow? The flow is the same. The CIS  
returns unused fuel to the tank just the same as the EFI system does.  
If you turn the pump on with the engine off on a CIS car where do you  
think he fuel goes? It flows exactly the same and pumps back to the  
tank exactly the same.
