88 5KTQ this week my idle speed has gone up

I'm not as familiar with your throttle body as others, but usually there 
are two small bolts holding the idle switch to the bottom of the TB, and 
one or two holding the WOT switch to the top.  You buy the new 
two-switch assembly from a dealer (or other seller?) and install it.  I 
suspect some 5k owners will chime in with details.

But, congratulations!  You found the gremlin!
