Eibach springs for 5ktq...

At least on my UrS (and my limited time in Chi Wong's 200Q 20VT) the
Eibach/Bilstein combo has nearly perfectly matched spring rate/damping (I'd
like a bit more rebound damping, not much, but some). No idea on the
Koni's. I think the hard part will be sourcing the Eibach ProKit. I think
Eibach quit making them for the C3 (T44) and C4.
