4000q power windows no power

Yes, there is a "fuse" as it's labeled in the schematics of the
Bentley. It's fuse S43, and has a Black box with "16" next to it. I
persoanlly have never dealt with this fuse, so I don't know where it
is located int eh car, and the manual doesn't give any sort of clue in
the schematics section. There are only 28 slots in the fusebox, so
that's not it. I'd guess it's probably a circuit breaker of sorts in
teh panel behind the drivers storage pocket under the steering wheel.
