No More manual for A4?!

I don't agree with that at all. For track use and if you don't live shifting
in traffic, they're great, but it's one less connection to the car- I prefer
a three-pedal, manual transmission car for everyday driving.

If you're going for maximum lap times, the effortless shifting allows you to
focus on driving and not shifting, so I'd go for that.

The only other time would be if you had no choice at all- I'd take
longitudinal DSG over a slushbox if you didn't have a choice in
transmissions.

Hopefully, Audi will do longitudinal DSG in the bigger cars- A6, A8, etc.
