would someone mind running a few part #'s in ekta for me?

The dealers use the Super duper (commercial) version of the FA and can indeed look up numbers and?applications. I have been on it. They have retrieved said info about parts the dealer had on the shelf with no model designation. I don't think the "public"?version has that capability, but I'm not sure.

hm.. i've called the dealer with #'s before and they can plug it in and find
the app. Not sure is the FA works the same way?
