Max, poor Max, it couldn't be that. After all, Assemblyman Jones is, wait for it, a Democrat. You know that the LAST thing a Democrat would do is increase taxes on the poor......I mean, really. Why would he want to support those poor people with any number of taxpayer-funded entitlement programs, and then turn right back around and take money out of the pockets of those very same people in the form of a potentially expensive annual emission test that could cost as much as a week's worth of groceries? Don't you know anything? Democrats are smarter than that. It makes no sense whatsoever. You see, your logic is seriously flawed my friend. Shoot, they might even have to raise taxes to offer more entitlements to those poor people being robbed blind by the state emissions testing program.
Wait? Isn't that the plan? Maybe they do want change....the kind that's jingling in your pocket.
Man am I glad I don't live in Cuba, uh, I mean California.
