No Idle

Don't forget to check your dipstick seal and oil filler cap gasket (since
you just added oil, I suspect THIS first).

If you can get the car started and get it to idle (even poorly), once she's
settled in, slowly pull out the dipstick. If the car stalls/stumbles pulling
out and reseating the dipstick, then you actually have some vacuum. If
nothing changes pulling the dipstick, you've got a notable vacuum leak.

One other uncommon thing to check ('cuz it's hard to see/get to) is the
lower IC hose. IC leaks are hard to find with the IC in the car, you may
have to remove it to find leaks.

Also check the igloo (FM boot) carefully around the vacuum line connections.
It can crack around fittings in a manner that you can't see with it still in
the car.
