tire fitment

I've had them on mine on two different occasions. Really, 185/65 is a
bit more preferable. There is a bit of rubbing with a stock
suspension. However, I don't recall it being an issue that often. More
like extreme inclines while turning, or things like that. One
advantage for winter is, they give you a bit more ground clearance.

Long story short is that a housemate of mine who has since moved to New Zealand took my snow tires with her when our lease was up, and now I'm left with her tires. I had 185/60/r14 for my quattro, but these are a 185/70/r14. They are a full inch taller than the stock tires, but are in really good shape. Has anyone tried to put this tire size on a 4kq? I'd like to know the results before I waste the money to get them mounted or just put them on craigslist.
