Vacuum leaks in CIS-E - hose source??

The car is a 1986 5kS Avant with the KZ non-turbo engine. It exhibits symptoms of vacuum leaks and there are actually visible cracks in the hose that connect the top of the fuel distributor sensor plate to the throttle body. I haven't been able to dig in yet to get this piece off and see just how many cracks are there but it sure feels brittle and I'd just as soon find a replacement.

Anyone got leads on who might still make these? Maybe even in silicone? They are essentially "not available" from Audi since they stopped Type 44 parts manufacture.
