f/s a rally sport quattro (sort of)

It looks like a car I've seen before.  It's not a genuine sport Q, it's a
shortened URQ.  Kind of steep for a replica, but to each his own I guess.
 Seems to be a niche car, but which niche exactly, I don't have a clue.
