3B engine w/ 86 5ktq tranny ?'s

Hi all,
quick question. I'm in the process of installing a 3B into an 83 urq and the trans being used is from an 86 5ktq.
Before putting it together and into the car, I'd like to gather some wisdom from the group... Are the differences between the cluth fork and throw-out bearing between the 91 200 tranny and the 86 5ktq tranny enough to cause a problem?
Courtesy of one lister, I know there is a difference and that the clutch fork in the 91 200 is exclusive to it and the v8, however the clutch fork in the 86 5ktq is different. anyone BTDT?
