Windshield Washer Pump - Blowing Fuses

Dan,
With the scenario, the most likely culprit (especially considering a
cold ski trip with a fairly new car) is cracked (due to water concentration)
pump (internal failure).  Can easily test by removing the connector
and jumpering (fused).  That will isolate the pump, which you should plan on
replacing.
