New Mexico is a completely different climate that what I imagined - I've
learned something completely unexpected from the list - thank you.

Sounds like an awesome place to live ;)

Oh, and for the Audi content, the 1984 Audi 4000 S just passed
inspection is road worthy and completely legal - can't wait for ice
racing :) The rally car is now in the garage and ready for disassembly,
the 1990 200 avant passed inspection last week - and my son's 1991 200
3b now runs after we discovered the PO put the valve cover gasket on
wrong, such that it flooded the spark plugs holes with oil - making it
difficult for them to fire...sheesh!

Yeah, pretty much the entire northern half of the state can and does get
snow fairly commonly.
