Scroll down to where it says "Offtopic".
There are a number of different lists on this site, not just the main  
quattro list.
Some are more active than others, so don't be surprised if there is  
little or no traffic on some of them.

Some people don't mind the off-topic discussions on the main list, I  
know.  But it's easier to ask those involved in an off-topic  
discussion to take it outside (so to speak) than to have several  
hundred people deleting off-topic messages in their inbox.
