New head lights for a 5KTQ type 44

Hi Jeffrey,
I have a set of non-turbo eurolights on my 5ktq - it's pretty much a
straight bolt-on solution, with the exception of needing a non-turbo grille,
skills with a dremel/hacksaw cutting the turbo grille, or you could get a V8
hood (what I did):

The non-turbo eurolights and clear corner lenses are readily available from
a number of sources - I got the lights (and a bunch of spares) for
$25-$35/each at a local wrecking yard I frequent. I made the relay box
using a watertight food container from a dollar store, waterproof electrical
box glands from Home Despot, and relays (two for low beams, two for high
beams, and one for the bumper-mounted driving lights) from the wrecking
yard. The clear corners have amber 30-LED 1157 bulbs in Mercedes sockets
(wrecking yard, once again) so that the parking lights AND turn signals are
both visable to cars beside me. The V8 hood was the hardest to find, but
you might be able to source one from an ad in the Marketplace, on Audiworld,
through www.car-part.com or from the "Usual Suspects" such as Keyser Soze
aka Chris Semple...(I'm going into the witness protection program now)
Cheers!
