1) I'd suggest Force 5 (Chris Semple), but there are others. You might
want to ask the person who posted that part of the answer.
2) I'd try everywhere you can get it inside. Spray in, then work the
switch several times.
3) 3 out of 10 I think. maybe 4. You'll have to remove the steering
wheel, and I think yours has an airbag. Better ask how to deal with
that. Then there are little screws and multiple pin electrical
connectors to deal with.
Try cleaning it first.
