sure! got one of these to keep an eye on afr's:
http://www.034motorsport.com/product_info.php?cPath=82_32_105&products_id=754
unlike most of the aftermarket schwag i've had, this is a really nicely made
and supported device. the owners manual, included software, etc are really
nicely done and complete. that's pretty rare IME [how many times have you
bought some aftermarket piece with no, or terrible, instructions?].
i got it as i've had a really annoying hesitation issue with my k04 setup on
the a4 for some time now [it stumbles / hesitates / bucks like crazy at
10-15psi]. i've been over all of the normal fuel / ignition tune up / checks
and all seems well [holds boost, good vac at idle, no leaks, good fuel
pressure / supply, no codes, vag logs look normal, etc]. i was told by one
'tuner' that i needed to run larger injectors and lower my fp [was running
stock 240cc injectors at 5bar]. i got a set of 310cc injectors am running
them at 3.5 bar. doing the equations i should be at 3.2 or so but i figured
i'd err rich until i get the wb02 installed and can dial it in.
if that doesn't work [i'm not expecting it to barring some happy accident]
ill get one of these [http://www.splitsec.com/products/psc1/PSC1003.htm] to
manipulate maf signals to try to get it running right.
if that doesn't do it i need to look at the turbo - it's been suggested the
wastegate could be [bad but noone seems to know how to test a wastegate], or
just ditch the giac setup altogether as several people have told me it's
just junk and will never run right [love to hear that]. i never wanted a
science project, just a bit more oomph. so much for 'bolt on'... =/
