Hello, My name is Max and I'm a car-a-holic.

I just purchased a 1990 Coupe Quattro w/ 220k km on it (whatever that is
in miles). It's a Canadian Car that was imported here to California a
while ago by 2Bennett for a customer. They helped broker the sale for the
owner too. The car is pretty cherry.

I'm a newbie to Audi, but not to the VAG brand -- I host the gti-vr6
mailing list, and own three other cars right now : 1972 Dodge Dart Swinger
Special, 1989 VW GTI 16V, 1996 VW GTI VR6 Turbo, though I hope to sell the
89 off here soon.

Anyways, just thought I would say 'llo. I've already started racking up
questions to ask in the 12 hours i've owned the car :)

Max,
Welcome aboard. You'll find this a pretty fun place to be generally, but for much more specific info about your cq, you should join the emailing list specifically designed around these cars at www.20v.org . You can get there from the site itself, or by going to rennlist.org and signing up using the dropdown menu to navigate to the email lists and signing up there.

As much as I hate to say it, the 80/90/cq board on the AudiWorld forums is a generally good resource as well.

Seems as if you've done a little homework on your car already, but if you need help with obscure speciifics, ask away...
