Yellow headlights

MANY years ago I had a set of "yaller" clip-on filters over stock
(non-Audi) headlights. Under the near white-out conditions suggested
in your post there might be some improvement in vision using yellow
lights. Under essentially all other conditions you are likely to
find that you will feel that your headlights will function about as
well as the candles used on the 80's Audis. They were designed by
Lucas, Prince of Darkness.

Frankly, I would not recommend the yellow lights.
