I don't know about the four-hole version, but replacement two piece 
three hole flanges are available.  You might ask your FLAPS if they can 
get a four hole version (or make one yourself?), clean up the old junk 
metal and install it.

The one on my 10v 90 just fell apart recently and I had to do this.

Ironically, I have a 20v cat and pipes, but I cut off the four hole 
flange and welded on a 3 hole one to match my downpipe flange.
