Aren't they "observing" all these things now?!?!? How else do they  know who 
to go after?
They're spending huge sums observing and _pursuing_!
That license already exists in many forms in plenty of "boiler plate"  
paperwork.
Having owned a business and held a US Patent, I _do_ understand the  
complexity of the issue.
They are being heavy handed, self absorbed, control freak,  *&^%$#s!!
No offense Huw - I do agree with you on everything else.
