[Biturbos4] Lack of heat in B5 series car - any thoughts?

Go to the "Auto HVAC" controller, and then under lower right side of
the window, under "Advanced functions" there should be a button
"Output tests".  Click it and then click "Start/Next" to step through
the series of built-in self tests.
