90 200 intermittent low power solved - finally

My 90 200 had a problem where on some hot restarts the power would
drop to levels where the car would barely go 60 miles per hour. It
would also exhibit the same symptoms if it hit the boost cutout.

After suffering over 2 years with this problem (I don't drive the 200
very often, it's more of a spare car) I finally solved the
problem. I took the fuel pump relay out of my parts 89 200, and
stuck it in the 90 200, about 2 months ago. Since then, no
intermittent power loss. I've hit the boost cutout, done hot
restarts, and every time the power comes back to normal. My guess is
internal corrosion in the relay prevented full current passing to the
fuel pump after the relay was opened then closed.
