Mohammed - My S6 came from NH, and I was able to get a temp permit in
Colorado (up to 30 days) and drive it back. The first person I spoke with at
the Boulder, Co DMV told me "no way" because I let slip that the car was in
NH. Dumb on my part.

NH DMV is actually nice to deal with if you're an out-of-state buyer. Simply
present your NH bill of sale(or title) showing it being sold to you(non NH
resident), they'll ask for your ID to verify you, and you can buy a 10day
transit plate back to where ever. It's as if NH realizes that this is there
only chance to snag 20$ from you before you leave the state :)
