Out-of-State Car Transport

The real fun is when the car you are buying has a lien, and you need a
loan to get it. In MA, they make that almost impossible without
someone trusting someone else with a big wad of money. Your bank pays
their bank. They wait for title from bank. You take title to RMV, get
registered, then you take car. Doing this all without an existing car
is damn near impossible.
