www.kbb.com says the suggested private-party sale price is:
	
	Excellent	$5,675
	Good		$5,150
	Fair		$4,480

Given the work your car needs, I'd call it "fair" condition.
Given that it needs $3350 worth of work, don't expect much
for it.

But, to answer your question, people look for bargains on
Craigslist, and us Audi Fans look in the marketplace.

Some people avoid the hassle and take the beating using the
car as a trade-in.
