A4 rims on 200TQ?

I assure you the 15" A4 & A6 wheels will fit the 5KQ & 200Q with the 
standard brakes.

I mounted a set of 2006 A6 wheels to see whether they had enough rear 
fender-arch clearance.  If I used a much lower profile tire (Say 205/40-17) 
they would've worked fine.

The bolt pattern and hubcentric mounting are identical.  You'll just have to 
experiment with clearance to the UFO-style brakes if your car still has 
them.
