Purchase question for used Audi for me

My A6 sold last night within 20 minutes of 
posting the car w/ pics to Craig's list ...

they drove an hour here and took the car and were 
very happy with the condition.

I have $6,000 now to spend but would like to have some left over, LOL.

We have two canoes to sell, so hopefully they will go before I have to make
a decision.   The difference between $5K  and  $6K  right now in what it will
buy is *huge*!

But we'll see what next week holds !   :-)

Thanks to everyone for all of the good advice .... really helped to sort them
out FIRST by whether they had good repair records .... some have actually
had all their work done at Audi N. Scottsdale where I go so when I ask
who their representative is, that will give me some info right off.
