Thanks Randy,

Info is helpful. I was looking also for info. on how to test to see if switches are
good, marginal, or bad. I have a bunch of switches and am trying to determine if they
can be used or not.

Ben

ECT (MTFS) Terminals:

#1 : Brown w/Black = goes to Engine Temp Gauge: If you Short this Terminal to Ground
with the Key On the Temp Gauge should Move to Full Hot

#2 : Blue w/Yellow = goes to the A/C Control Head and Shuts off the A/C Compressor when
under an Over Heat Condition or if the ECT Fails

#3 : Black w/Blue = Terminal 15 (Ign. On Power) = No longer Required with newer
3-Terminal ECTs

#4 : White w/Black = Connected in Parallel with the Coolant Level sensor to Trigger the
Idiot Light (Auto Check System) when under an Over Heat Condition or if the ECT Fails
