you can waltz into DMV and give them 4 dollars to give you ALL

of the data on a plate number ..... NAME, address, birth date, the
who shabang.

the guy drove off with my car and I forgot to get his name and number
and my plates were on the car .... I asked him to mail them back (my
address was on the title), but in all of the commotion of finding at
notary on Sat. at 7:15 p.m., that little detail got forgotten.
