Yes, that part at the end of the lock cylinder broke. Vacuum still works
uses a different rod. No alarm.

So you insert the key and nothing happens when you turn it either way?
I had a look on ETKA and the door handles look similar to the 200's
ones. There is a small piece that likes to break at the end of the
lock cylinder and is responsible for the locking mechanism (I believe
also the vacuum activator and alarm if equiped). I don't think you
would have to replace the lock cylinder, unless there is something
else going on in there.
