Interesting low speed vibration, 5KQ and 5KTQ

Hi All
I have an 88 5KTQ. I am replacing the water hose that is about 1 inch. by 4 
inch. that Connects to the thermostat housing and the steel line to the heater 
core. What is the easy way to get it back on?
