CIS injector testing : any interesting DIY setup ?

Well in Montreal that would be Autolectra... but they don't ship. I also saw
them at 18.95$CAN on http://www.autopartsonlinecanada.com/ which is a
Worldpac site. I guess any other Worldpac US site would match that price,
but my rapid search found nothing... or yes I found them at 46$
(usautoparts.com) to 114$ at Rockauto.com, but no trace in the US of the
Canadian 18.95$ injector. See proof here : http://tinyurl.com/5w57jx 

Could it be the first time in years where a part is cheaper here than in the
USA ?
