Patient: 1988 5kq Intermittant start

Thanks for the idea Kneale. I knew i forgot something when I was listing
the recently installed new parts..........also replaced the cold start
valve, the multi-function sensor and the temp sensor (to the ecu)
I do realize a new part can be defective.....chased that problem during my
years as a VW & Toyota tech, before retiring!
