Email configuration

I received a similar rebuke several days ago.  Personally, I use a web based email interface rather than an email client and it does not appear to have an option to list my name next to my email address.  I travel frequently and I can access my email from any computer with internet access instead of having to configure Outlook every time I sit down at a strange computer.  Can we stick to discussing Audis?  I find this sort of thing confrontational and completely irrelevant.
