Rusted strut inserts

Yeah, I got KYB's and they came with new caps. I got some PB blast
tonight, and will soak em upright tonight again. The problem is, that
the fluids of the rust breaker cant travel all the way down the strut
inserta, as its is rusted on top. I will get a BMFRH and see if
anything moves, then a pipe wrench, and my last resort will be the
torch.
Oh, when I ordered the struts, I thought I was getting the whole strut
assembly, so I wouldn't have to deal with all this. But oh well...
